Booth House-Haunted Cottage
Harpers Ferry, West Virginia
According to local legends, The Haunted Cottage is one of the most haunted locations in all of Harpers Ferry! Tales of ghostly apparitions, shadowy figures, and poltergeist-type activity permeate the history of this property. John Wilkes Booth himself said to have stayed here, which is why the cottage was called "Booth House."
Claims of Paranormal Activity Include:
-Lady in white has been seen passing through downstairs rooms.
-People same to see animals that aren't supposed to be in the house.
-Shadow apparitions have been seen.
-People claim to hear singing, talking/conversations, footsteps, and doors shutting.
-A rocking chair in the upper attic/room has been seen rocking on its own, and chairs have seen in different positions.

Investigation Report: Upon arrival at the location, the team was given a personal tour by the host, Vince Wilson. Vince also provided an interactive workshop on paranormal basics and a hypnosis session. Afterward, Vince demonstrated a seance. Vince then allowed the team to perform an investigation at the location. The investigation ended at 5 AM the next morning.
Personal Paranormal Phenomena/Experiences: An investigator seen what appeared to be a person in white and a cat walking on the first floor.
